I feel like the coming page is going to have one of two potential outcomes. 1) She is evicted or moves out shortly afterwards or 2) she decides to try and become a pred.

Well, if the rental contract protects her, she might have a better chance of surviving here than anywhere else! Assuming the landlord likes her.

One of those girls learned that the newcomer wasn't a predator and immediately jumped to the idea of eating her. She's protected here, but if anyone outside the dorm learns she's not a predator, she could be eaten.
