"Janice tells me," and she inclined her head in the direction of the woman who had marched him through the richly-appointed house without a word, "tells me that you owe us. Me. And that you cannot pay. Obviously this is a problem."

She shifted in her seat, releasing a great sigh. "A problem for us. For me. But we have other ways for you to make your payment. Ways to dissuade those who would think of... skipping town."

In spite of himself, he felt the blood rush to his cheeks. He hadn't intended to cheat her, really; he'd only needed to visit his family, they'd understand, surely, and he could return with the required amount before the week was out. But it was too late.

"I believe men belong in two places. Here," she said, slapping her belly, sending a ripple through the thick flesh; but for a moment, he thought he saw the form of a man, curled up in impossibly-tight confinement, squirming against his enclosure.

"And here." She spread her legs slowly, revealing the head of a young man, matted locks of hair plastered to his scalp, head bobbing as he worshipped her, the soft, wet noises of his devotion filling the room.

"I like to think I'm a generous woman. So I'm going to give you a choice. But be clear, boy. The position you choose is permanent."
