The following is a commission done by  ecchipandaa on an August Artslave.

“Oh come on, how did I lose track of them…” The yokai known as Yura of the Hair uttered to herself scanning the land below from her perch above the trees. She had gotten into one fight against some dog demon and weirdly dressed girl one moment and then she lost track of them. Normally she wouldn’t have cared, but the two had such nice hair. Hair so nice she had to claim it for herself.

There was a reason for that name after all.

Leaping form tree to tree to scan and search for her intended prey, she suddenly stopped getting a sight of someone entirely different. Looked like one of those shrine maidens, but last Yura had heard the only one in the area was some old one eyed hag. This one? Much younger. Way more buxom than that oddly dressed girl she saw earlier, but more importantly to Yura was this woman had much longer and more beautiful hair than her two initial targets put together! Yura had to have this woman’s hair added to her collection!

It was easy enough to leap down from the trees down at the unsuspecting shrine maiden, her short sword drawn and at the ready. It’d be a clean easy kill that she wouldn’t need to expend her powers on, but as she fell she saw familiar lines in the air. Very thin lines that could have been a handful of things but Yura immediately recognized them too late as her body made contact with them.

“Hair?!” That was impossible! It couldn’t be hair! She hadn’t had any of her hair cast out this far yet!

And then it occurred to her. The hair wasn’t hers.

Suddenly the massive black silk collective of the shrine maiden’s locks came up and despite the two ribbons restraining them had no problem snatching Yura up like an insect by a frog’s tongue! Before the yoaki knew it, she was entirely caught in the shrine maiden’s hair and only then did said shrine maiden notice her.

“Huh? Who the Hell are you?” Konoko asked casually asked the struggling woman trapped in her locks. “Well, sucks for you,” she didn’t bother waiting for an answer from Yura. Though she did raise a brow and look at the yokai closer. “Hey wait a minute, haven’t I seen you before?”

“Release me, human!” Yura demanded. “And I’ll ensure your death is swift, painless, and you hair put to a better use!”

“Huh? What are you…” Konoko blinked and then realization hit her. “Oh wait, I remember now. No wonder you look familiar to me, you’re Yura from InuYasha.” Konoko then blinked before looking away with a look of angered disgust. “Aw fuck, this is where I wound up? And with the fact you’re still alive means I showed up pretty early on. Gods damn, that stupid spell I cast was supposed to send me to that shitty wizard ninja battle shounen so I could eat all the ninja titty monsters.” She loudly groaned and had a hand come up to nurse a temple. “Fuck it, I’ll just eat most of the cast here and be on my way. I bet Kagome would make for some tasty sake, won’t suck up Inuyasha in the gourd like that dumb fatass did.”

“…What the Hell are you talking abou-” And that was it for Yura as Konoko’s hair fully engulfed her leaving her as nothing but a squirming cocoon of hair as the shrine maiden began to walk once more.

“Man, what a pain in the ass,” Konoko groaned. “At least I’ll get some food out of this…” she trailed and then smirked as a thought occurred to her. “You know, maybe in addition to the food I’ll go and complete the Shikon no Tama for myself.” A smirk formed on her face as she walked on ignoring the pleas of her recently caught meal.
