Given the vampire goth boy is getting merged with Vice Admiral to create a new guy, I didn't really have any plans for the tomboy werewolf

So I let Twinkle adopt her by commissioning her a ref, and so at least she's now fully realised!

While I may not own her anymore, that of course doesn't stop me from drawing her if I want to. Just shifting responsibility of the character ;b
