Bianka has the power to reform others she has eaten before, being able to pull their souls out of her body and giving them a new body, tho nobody had seen her do it before, so why not?, she decided she'd show off her power by letting souls freely fly around her for a special pic!.
Thats a lot of prey, but aye everyone will be reformed afterwards, probably they all were the ones who were devoured in issue #3 heh.
For her outfit, she got the idea from what happened to her the year prior, having been devoured by Brinley who was wearing a witch costume.
She expects this to be a nice addition for her magazine, even tho she had never done anything related to any sort of holiday before.
