At EvCo, many mon volunteer as part of the Livestock and Butchery program where preds can eat cooked meals made from sentient folk in exchange for certain perks and even monetary compensation (if they respawn.)

One of the less-acknowledged perks is the lovely heat lamp you get to sit under while waiting to be butchered... something Bo won't admit she loves in public, but it's quite obvious when she's standing under it!
