Halloween night was something special, people ringing your dorbell left and right in their colorful costumes repeating the same phrase "Trick or treat", with a myriad of different themes, sometimes you opened the door to a ghost made from white cloth with two eyeholes, other times it was a spiderman costume which was clearly bought, but nonetheless still funny, and even sometimes there were some others that used a handcrafted and elaborated costume, those were a sight to behold, still, everyone got their fair share of candy, it was an eventful night. And just as you were going to clock out for the night your dorbell rang once again, hmm...must be a straggler, opening the door, there was something you didn't expect, a fox girl with a pumpkin painted on her belly, and oh boy was she tall, a head or two over yours, which put you at same height with her bloated belly, which now you realized, moved wildly, looking down at you with a knowing smile she asked "trick or treat" before pointing out what happened to those who didn't hand her any sweet treat, snapping out of your trance you scrambled to your candy bowl only to find it empty, rummaging through the bags you bought for emergency beared the same results, no more candy...surreptitiously you edged for the door and slammed it shut, only to find her foot at the end of the door frame blocking it, opening the door with a smile, she crouched, a feat that seemed impossible with her struggling belly "~Trick it is then" was the last thing you heard before she lunged at you, maw open wide, and then everything went dark.
