The collector untied the rope off the side of the guillotine, and let it go, releasing tge blade and cutting off Rouge's perfectly by the neck, with only a slight jolt of pain on her face shown from it, and with the light already fading from her eyes the collector just looked at her and said "now it's time to turn you into a REAL toy"
