The mouse can't really help much but tremble and squirm being surrounded by undulating and coiling muscle. He didn't even make it entirely in before grinding on the snake's body was enough to climax.
As long as he doesn't try and squirm to much in the opposite direction the serpent rightly gives little thought to what the mouse chooses to do in their last moments, the serpent's focus is entirely fixed on working its jaws over this food...
