How big is Jen's mom? Do some Amazons just continue to grow as they age?

They do grow as they mature, but only as much as any other person would proportionally. Carnelia's looming over Jen as a child in that memory, so she looks a lot bigger by comparison. She's probably about 450ft tall by our standards.
