Having lower opacity lines for foundation and higher opacity lines to draw details over and around them even though they're the same color, I've never thought about that possibility! It sounds so sensible and yet that's never crossed my mind!
The approach might mix me with the similar colors but it also might prevent visual overload from different colors. Is that a coin I dare try to flip...
(Anyway that restaurant has gotta be outta business right-)
