My game is finally ready to share! (An early access demo version) Thanks to everyone who patiently waited for it! I am excited to share it with you all!

Link to the offical page and location to download is on Itch io. Here:

I made a trailer for it too!

Game made with GDevelop.

Your great and powerful dragon mistress has been captured and needs to be rescued. You are but one of her small servants, and armed with draconic power must fight your way to her. All the monsters will try to devour you, but not if you can devour them first! Can you gulp the beasts and save the dragon in distress?

A Vore-like action shooter. Level up and gain perks by devouring your foes. Gain dragon breath weapons to blast them with. If you fall in battle and are swallowed, you can reform to continue the fight. Beware, reformations are scarce and hard to replenish. Replenish your hunger from foes, or from fishing. Meet a merchant who will sell you useful things. Meet friendly visitors who will grant you a boon, sometimes at the cost of eating you and using a reformation, and sometimes will willingly offer themselves to your cause.

Defeat the first (and currently only) boss to unlock the gallery of gulps, where you gain access to all the vore animations in the game.

The game is still in development and more content is planned to be released. More zones, monsters, breath weapons, perks, visitors, fish and items. More, More, MORE!

If you just want to casually go through it, there is a cheat code for infinite reformations hidden in the game. See the official game page on Itch io to find out how.

Please feel free to share comments, suggestions, report bugs or any sort of other feedback.

Thanks for taking a look at my game. I hope you enjoy Nomming the Monsters!
(Any donations you could give would be amazing. Thank you for supporting this solo developer!)

P.S. My windows gave a warning about running the file, but I promise I haven't put anything malicious in it. I wouldn't even know how.

"the main character head kept rabidly change detraction's (it looked like they where shaking there head at light speed.).

"also the frame-rate was low..but i think that one was because of my crappy computer"

but i couldn't play it because of the bug (also i kept the mouse still but the head still move at light speed)

I don't know whats causing this. My guess is older / slower PCs I'm going to add a way to lower as many particles, lights and remove excess tiles from map generation in the next update. I don't know if it will fix the head spazzing out bug but I hope it will.

I think I know what's might be causing the effect. Were you in the tutorial level or in a different blue dimension area? It seems to be caused by those areas in particular.

ok some thingys about the game:
1: A bug I found in the gallery of gulps is that if you let a monster eat you then digest you you can then freely roam the space.
2: The fishing minigame is VERY HARD.
3: The foes tend to crowd you and overwhelm you forcing you into a corner. Maybe if they had a little "I see you!" moment before they just charge at you the first chance they get things would be a bit more predictable.
4: This one is more of a question but will there be pov vore scenes? And will there be more charaters to play as?
(also have a breath weapon idea: Sneeze of Suffering: An attack that you charge up and then fire a powerful wave of damaging bullets)

Thanks for the feedback! That gallery bug, that's a new one for me. Fishing game is kind of junk at the moment and I'm going to redo it in the future. As for enemies I could give a slight delay and maybe an audio growl or snarl etc to let the player know they've got incoming.

pov scenes? Not sure how I would animate or do that so probably not. The breath weapon idea is good. I've been wanting to do some chargable attack types.

Question: Does this game support controllers?

Traxiss

Yes it does! Only not for menu selection changing volume etc, but for gameplay yes, Xbox controller works. (Sorry for delayed reply)
