I am pretty sure Hiccup and Toothless didn't expect that outcome after encountering a new dragon species. Especially with the size of the small dragon. However, the name Hobgobbler is program as the two quickly found out. Well, who can blame the red scaled reptile? After all, Night Furies are incredibly rare. So, tasting one is an opportunity the Hobgobbler simply couldn’t resist. And the puny human added to it was just the cherry on top. Luckily for our two heroes, she will let them out again… eventually…

Hopefully the Hobgobbler won't move too far from its current position until then… otherwise it will be rather difficult to find Hiccup’s helmet again...

I don’t really know why, but as I looked at the design of Hobgobblers something in my mind immediately went to “small Hammerspace pred”. Like Goomy and Gulpin in Pokemon, for example. The typical tiny, dorky, and round fella with a bottomless stomach. And as I couldn’t really find any art about that, I decided to try my best and do one myself. And I think it could have turn out worse. Of course, still a lot of room for improvement, but not bad for me ^^
