Its Brian's art. They came via e-mail. Him and Shon Howell worked together alot on stuff though as they had very similar styles back in the 80s and 90s.

That's pretty cool, then I can only bet that what I'm thinking of is like, a weird food chain of inspiration that I was only seeing the end of. XD
