Got some new info with my totally reliable and very real source. Apparently this vore perk was planned for other games in the series, and had some extra perks to give it some more benefits!

Here is my recreation of one of them, based on this extremely real info I've gotten.

The description of this perk reads:

"You've gotten very familiar with eating others whole, and, due to that, your stomach has adapted itself to handle a lot more. You are now able to swallow Super Mutants and Ghouls, while also being able to hold significantly more people in your gut."
