That is a good question. The ghost would have to be materiel to hold the tiny in her stomach, unless there was some magic. Maybe if the ghost doesn't know what she is doing, she might become immaterial to pass thru the wall, and her prey falls out of her body, and onto the floor. IDK.

Why would a cute ghost girl want to eat a tiny anyways? I don't think they get hungry... unless there are other motives~ ;P
