For those unfamiliar with the series, Perona has the ability to astral project and create "ghosts." She can resize that astral form so the giant one is her "spirit" growing big to yell at them while her real body is in the cup.
I negotiated for the straw in the mouth so she still had air XD and it kinda ran into "what weird way can we use the straw, and yes that umbrella and the cherry are both shoved up her ass, so when she hops back in she's going to be cold and very sore :P.
