Nobara looked on in horror as slimy strands of saliva stretched between its jaws.

Her hair was getting all messed up. The gooey spit was coating her short brown hair and making it get clumped and tangled. Then it got even worse as it shoved her head into the maw. Now her entire head was coated in the sticky substance.
