Pretty good for a short game. Sad that there isn't a post digestion scene or some weight gain but it's really amazing for what it is already. good job.

You could try to do these kind of games in renpy. feels more suited for what you're going for than rpg lol

Thanks for the feedback. Re renpy, agreed it would have been more natural for this project, but the next one I'm working on is much more of an RPG, and in Feeding Gaia I just wanted to test some things out to see how they worked in the rpg engine before embarking on the "proper" project next.

This thing is incredible ^^
The writing was surprisingly convincing and added to the immersion and the meaning behind the final swallowing animation which was the highlight of course.

Thank you very much. I always wanted to be a writer when I was younger and spent a lot of time practicing that before I took up making visual content. So I'm happy you found it convincing :) Glad you enjoyed the project as a whole too.

All the hard work showed. The parts where Xena shows off Gaia and goes over her size, her history, her diet... it all fits so well. I would have only added in some bits about her weight, how her feedings and growth sped up after the influx of human prey started. How the snake maybe does not want other prey than what she knows and enjoys by now.

But that might have drawn it out too much.In any case I am curious what you will do next.

I thought about adding in some details exactly like those. Was planning to say that Xena had used growth hormones in the early days, or something like that. She always intended for Gaia to be big enough to eat people after all. But I cut it for exactly the reason you say, I felt like it was getting unnecessarily heavy on the info dump.

Next project will be Blackthorn, a vore themed rpg. I'll release details for it quite soon, when I've got something to show...

I'm used to RPGM-made games looking rather silly. 3D scenes but on top of the mediocre default sprites and tilesets found in the engine.

This however is jawdroppingly good. Stick with RPGM if you can keep delivering content like this.

Thank you :) Yeah this was very experimental, and I used very little of the RPGM engine's mechanics. In my next project there'll be a bit more of the RPG maker sprites and tilesets (just for the sake of telling a much longer and more involved story), but I'll try to fill it with my own cutscenes and art as much as possible.

Not in this one. It really was just a practice project to get me back into animating and game making. I'll be launching my new project Blackthorn on subscribestar in about a week, and here for free about a month after that. There'll be lots of lesbianism in that.
