Glad to see more from you. It looks good. I like the sweatdrop, but I'm not sure about the airpuff... or whatever it is. I usually think of that as exasperation, I'd think she's more worried than anything else...

If you were going for the appropriate anime reaction, I'd suggest the blue squigglies on the cheeks or forehead or wherever the blue ones go. Looks good anyways, though.
