Inco is a toony chaos deity, one of the two primordial architects of the laws of the universe, being the physical incarnation of the cosmos, physical realm, and metaphysical concept of chaos.

Don't be intimidated by her lofty status though, Inco spends most her time shitposting and getting into vorny antics, as she's no fan of being high and mighty save for jokes.
Her sister, the other primordial architect, often gets on her case for this attitude, but Inco doesn't ever really listen to anyone anyhow.
