As the title says, it is just a redesign of Harley Quinn from the Batman series (and overarching DC universe). I tried to merge her older and newer designs, and the dull colors are meant to resemble her job as a psychiatrist (I think?) prior to her meeting the Joker in some continuities, as if her original outfit is being “corrupted” much like her mind.
Any similarities to Dr. Coyle from ARMS are 100% coincidental.
…I think I just did this because a family member is a fan of super heroes, not me. I don’t have an opinion on Harley or her design at all. Maybe I was just thinking of clown girls?
Also, I realized I made her thighs much too big. I did not intend for this, as I don’t even think about thighs. I suppose it fits the overall exaggerated proportions clown and jester outfits have?
