Radiance and Grimm get into a little sibling rivalry and decide to settle it through an eating contest. (Hallownest is the buffet.)
Here's part one of a new thing I'm writing! I initally intended for this to be just one huge story, but then decided to split it up into smaller bits because it was becoming too large. I hope you all enjoy!

“Radiance.”
“GRIMM.”
The two of them nodded sternly at one another. In an ideal world, that greeting would be all the two had to say to one another. Sadly, neither of them lived in an ideal world. If they did, they wouldn’t be sitting here, across this too-small table in the Dream Realm, glowering at one another. Being a God meant sometimes having to do things you really didn’t want to do - like talking to your obnoxious sibling about the current events happening in the corporeal plane.
“My dear sister,” Grimm said, taking a sip of some too-sweet tea, “I assume you know why I called this meeting.”
“SO YOU COULD WASTE MY TIME WITH YOUR CEASELESS HAUGHTY PRATTLE I ASSUME,” Radiance said, leaning down over the table, trying to use her size to intimidate Grimm. “OR, WERE YOU GOING TO DISCUSS PRACTICAL MATTERS FOR ONCE?”
Grimm groaned and pinched the ridge of his nose. “This is quite a serious matter, sister. We would do well to discuss it as adults.”
“WHAT? DO YOU WISH TO DISCUSS THAT PALE WYRM?”
“No, I intend to discuss the weather. Of course I mean the Wyrm, you fool! The one who has sealed you away? Who stole your followers?” Grimm said, snapping his fingers and showing a glimpse of the waking world, where various moths were seen bowing at a statue of the Pale King.
“I DON’T NEED YOUR HELP WITH THAT, BROTHER,” Radiance said. “IT IS ENTIRELY UNDER MY CONTROL.”
Grimm brought up another vision of the physical world. In this one, the King was personally tearing down a recently-excavated statue of the Radiance, to the thunderous applause of some offscreen figure - probably that root he took for a wife. “Ah yes, I see. Masterful gambit, dear light.”
“HUSH,” Radiance said. “AS I SAID, I CAN DEAL WITH SOME UPSTART GOD. ALLOW ME A FEW MONTHS, JUST A LITTLE TIME TO WORM INTO THE HEADS OF HIS SUBJECTS, AND-”
“What if that doesn’t happen? I’ve seen numerous futures, as, I assume, the King has. And in many of them, it is true that you prevail in the end, using some forgotten statue to seep out and infect his citizens. In others? You’re lost in this Realm forever.” Grimm said, crossing his arms.
“WHY TELL ME THIS, THEN? IT’S BEEN EONS SINCE WE’VE BEEN ON FRIENDLY TERMS.”
Grimm gave another haughty sigh, as if he couldn’t believe he was speaking to a simpleton. “Because in the futures where you don’t destroy Hallownest, it lives forever! The King achieves his dream of building an eternal Kingdom!”
“AND?” Radiance said, leaning down at Grimm with a wing cocked under her eyes mischievously.
“And a Kingdom that lasts forever provides no Flames for my Troupe to feed on,” Grimm says. “Do you understand, Light? This Wyrm’s defiance troubles us both.”
Radiance sat back and considered this. He did have a point. Normally, she’d go it alone, but if there really were futures where she failed, why take the risk when Grimm was offering his rare assistance? “FINE. TELL ME THEN, WHAT DO YOU PROPOSE?”
Grimm nodded. “It’s good to see you can still perceive reason, sister. As for my plan? I contend that we… influence, certain things here and there. Kill a certain politician here, destabilize a government coalition there. Cause just enough chaos for entropy to throw the King off his course of creating an eternal Kingdom. And perhaps, if in the course of our work we find a way for you to return…”
“NOT GOOD ENOUGH,” Radiance said. “I WANT THE WYRM TO SUFFER, BROTHER! YOU NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHEN A BLUNT HAND WAS NEEDED. LET US GO DOWN THERE, AND FLOOD THE STREETS WITH OUR RAGE!”
“Do you know nothing of class and style, sister? Though, seeing as how you’ve let yourself go,” Grimm jabbed an accusing finger at her flabby stomach, “I think that’s more than apparent.”
“THAT’S BECAUSE I PUT TRAITORS TO MY CAUSE WHERE THEY BELONG,” Radiance said, rubbing her stomach. She’d managed to creep into the minds of the moths who hadn’t yet forgotten her, and used that connection to pull them into the Dream Realm where they, well, went to a better place. “AND BESIDES, I KNOW YOU DO THE SAME TO YOUR ‘PRECIOUS’ TROUPE MEMBERS.”
“That’s neither here nor there!” Grimm said, covering his slightly too-large stomach with his cloak.
Radiance leaned over Grimm, patted him on the head with a wing as she shadowed him. “YOU WERE ALWAYS SO LITTLE, BROTHER. NO WONDER YOU DISLIKE THE DIRECT APPROACH - HOW COULD ONE SO SMALL CAUSE ANY DAMAGE?”
“I could cause plenty of damage!” Grimm said. “Put me in Hallownest, and my gut would claim thousands!”
“AND MINE WOULD CLAIM TENS OF THOUSANDS,” Radiance said with a pitiful little sigh. “POOR BROTHER. OUTDONE YET AGAIN BY YOUR SISTER! I SUPPOSE THAT IS YOUR LOT IN LIFE.”
“Fine! Would you like to make a wager?”
“I CAN GUARANTEE I WOULD DEVOUR MORE THAN YOU. BRING ME INTO THE KINGDOM, AND YOU’LL SEE. THAT IS, ASSUMING YOU HAVE A WAY. YOU DO, DON’T YOU?”
Grimm growled. Of course she’d already put it together that he knew a way to bring her in. “Certainly. I have just the thing you bring you in with. Our little competition will begin once I’ve summoned you there, and ends when the last pitiful insect in that Kingdom is consumed.” He extended a hand.
Radiance stuck out her wing and shook it to the best of her ability. “DEAL.”
—
Grimm only felt a little out of place walking into the City of Tears. He almost couldn’t believe the foolishness of his sister - opting to focus on the outer regions of the Kingdom while leaving its grand Capitol for him! The Troupe Master looked around, hearing the distant rumbling of footsteps. It’d begin any moment now.
A poor retainer for the Pale King was the first one to see Grimm. He shot a bow at the Troupe Master and approached, maintaining his composure through the shock. “Greetings, Grimm! I must say, we’re surprised at your unexpected arrival, but I could have you talking to the King in mere minutes if that is what you desire?”
Grimm waved a dismissive arm, plucking the retainer up with his free hand. “No, no. That won’t be necessary. Let’s just say the reasons I’ve come to Hallownest today are a bit more… peculiar.”
The retainer sweated in Grimm’s grasp. “Please put me down! I promise that we can be reasonable about, well, whatever this is about-!”
Without waiting for him to finish, Grimm shoved the noisy bug into his mouth, swallowing with one hard gulp. The feeling of devouring another insect for the first time in only the Gods knew how long provided Grimm with a queer glee, and a crooked smile crept across his face. A small crowd had gathered now to watch the proceedings, unable to parse if this was some new form of diplomacy or strange performance art. Grimm licked his lips, blinking backwards to shut the City of Tears gate before warping right into the thick of the crowd.
“Come one, come all!” he said, plucking up a couple unlucky bugs in his arms. “A horrible new show is about to begin!~”
The poor crowd never stood a chance. Grimm’s wide arms swept them all up into his mouth and down into his stomach with just a few gulps. He may have been much smaller than his sister, but he was more than capable of handling as much food as her. He scooped up screaming bug after trembling bug, depositing them all in his stomach, never giving any of them more than a moment's thought before continuing on to the next catch.
Before long Grimm had cleared out at least a hundred bugs. He let out a hearty belch, feeling all of them struggling around inside of him, before leaning his massive belly against a nearby stone building. Cracks spread across its surface as his immense weight leaned against it - weight that would soon spread from his stomach to across the rest of his body as these fools were worked away into fat. He laughed, loving the early lead he had over his sister.
—
Radiance groaned as the last of the Mantis Lords passed through her lips. Why did this pathetic tribe have to fight back so hard? Maybe Grimm had chosen wisely by choosing to go after all of those pampered, weak royals in the City of Tears. Then again, Radiance thought as the last of the villagers settled into her belly, the bugs in that city couldn’t be as fattening as these mantises.
Seriously, they’d only just begun to digest and her body felt as if it had gained hundreds of pounds! Radiance supposed that all that training and buffing up had made the mantises strangely calorie-dense. She rolled over onto her back, her massive, Mantis Village-filled belly wobbling above her. The hundreds of devoured bugs struggled around in there, still needing a bit of time to fully melt down. She just needed to be patient…
Alright. This was taking too long. Grimm had probably devoured half of the City of Tears by now! She had to speed this up. Radiance drew a rune on the side of her stomach, mumbling some ancient incantation under her breath. Soon as it had been accomplished, a collective cry rose up from the bugs inside of her gut as her stomach contracted violently and sloshed loud enough to be heard from the Crossroads.
Radiance wrapped her wings around her gut and pulled in, feelings as the mantises inside churned down at an incredible weight. Her stomach grew sloshier by the second, getting softer and wider as everyone inside was reduced to chyme. Sounds of digestion filled the entire Mantis Village, reaching out into the wilds beyond, as the spell and Radiance’s gut went to work.
As her stomach shrank, the mantises inside being crushed and melted and reduced into gutsludge and pumped away onto her body, her entire body grew flabbier. Radiance felt her entire body swelling with new weight, growing by the second as the lives in her gut were ended. Her thighs doubled, then tripled in size, same with her stomach. Radi’s chest grew until she had a hard time seeing past her breasts when she looked down. And her rear, well…
“OH, WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT?” Radiance said, reaching back and feeling up her massive, still-growing rump. “I SUPPOSE THAT’S WHERE MOST OF YOUR PATHETIC TRIBE ENDED UP!” she said, patting her stomach. She turned her head around, looking back at the truly tremendous rear this meal had given her, and she grinned as she looked at the Mantis Lords’ thrones.
“OH DEAR, MY BAD!” Radiance said as she rose up and planted her still-swelling rear on the three thrones, crushing them all to rubble beneath her rear. She grinded her ass on what was left of them, utterly obliterating the figures into dust and leaving an ass-shaped indent in the ground where her rear had been.
The last of the Mantis sludge was pumped from her belly, leaving the Radiance mightily full and large. Yet, this had only been the first phase of her plan to defeat Grimm - there was still so much more to eat! She giggled as she descended down into the deepest. Her brother had no chance of catching up with her now.
—
Grimm huffed and puffed as he rose up through the Watcher’s Spire. His hot and heavy gut churned and gurgled with the screams and struggles of the hundreds of bugs he’d found in the streets down below. It was good to take out the Spire before he grew any larger, and its tight hallways became impossible to navigate.
A gruff guard heard Grimm’s heavy footsteps coming down the hallway. He was resting up against a pillar, using his long spear as an approach. See, this guard had been enjoying a rather long and prosperous nap, and was not long for the waking world in any case. When the heavy thumping grew close enough to him that it demanded some sort of answer, he didn’t even bother to raise his head, instead opting to weakly wave his hand like he was shooing away an insect. Which he was, in a way. It’s just, well, this wasn’t the sort of insect where shoo-ing was an appropriate way of handling it. “Go away,” he said, his words almost slurred with sleep. “We’re not open…”
“Is that right? I apologize, but I’m afraid that just won’t do,” Grimm said. “Here, allow me to file an official order of complaint.”
“Look, I don’t make the rules. Just go away-”
A hard hand grasped around his midsection, and the poor Spire Guard was at once far too awake. The screams coming from Grimm’s gut filled his ears as he returned to lucidity, and he was only able to take a terminal final glance of the outside world before the Troupe Master thrust him greedily down his throat, sending him to rest with the hundreds of others he was currently digesting. Even now his stomach rumbled and churned violently, the sounds only growing in intensity as Grimm grasped his growing gut and sloshed it, feeling several forms vanish into chyme with the motion, with their souls soon to follow.
See, Grimm had come up with a secret little way to gain that much more extra weight from all the mortals he was devouring. His gut wasn’t just consuming their bodies, it was eating their souls as well, reducing their very essence into precious additional pounds on his curves. Specifically, if the extra weight down there was anything to go by, his hips and rear. Now, was this a barbarous perversion of spirituality, and an assurance that every bug his gut killed would be entirely decreased into weight on his body? Yes. Was it also proving to be an enormously effective way of getting ahead of his sister in this contest? Also yes.
So the Troupe Master proceeded up the layers of the Watcher’s Spire, eating everyone he saw. At least the guards here put up a proper fight, as opposed to the stuffy royals and working class laborers of the streets below. It didn’t help them though, especially since Grimm’s gut was growing quite proficient at melting fools down. He grinned as he grasped his belly while the elevator took him to the penultimate room of the spire. Grimm sloshed and clenched his stomach, hearing the cries inside rise for a moment before being consumed, the struggling bodies vanishing into sludge as he shook his gut around. He kept sloshing until nothing was left except the engine-like glurgs and glorps of chyme being processed into fat.
And what gains they were providing him! Stepping off the elevator, Grimm swung his hips, which were now twice as wide as the pillars in the spire, and effortlessly wrecked an entire wall, rendering it to rubble and destroying some very-expensive looking artwork. Grimm belched, flames rising out of his mouth to create the appearance of a skull. A fitting last memento for the hundreds his gut had destroyed so far - and an ominous omen for all the rest in the Kingdom still to be devoured.
“Stop! You will come no further!”
Grimm looked up, and saw the legendary Watcher Knights arrayed before him. Their swords were all drawn, and pointing at his chest. The lead Knight stepped forward, sword jabbing outwards. A laugh rose from Grimm’s crooked lips. “So, this is Lurien the Watcher’s final defense? A rowdy rabble of rotund warriors?”
“Do you imply our size impedes our combat ability?” said the lead Knight, lowering himself for a charge.
“Of course not!” Grimm said, slapping his own belly, which was three or four times as one of the Watcher Knight’s at this point. “Once I devour all of you however, it will impede my ability to enter buildings.”
As one, the guards charged.
—
“Y-You cannot do this to us!” Hornet roared as Radiance towered above her. Radiance was conjuring strands of light to bind Hornet down to Herrah’s bed and mostly succeeding. In the corner, Herrah was curled up into a ball, unconscious.
Radiance reached down to her flabby side, where Hornet had cut a wound into her. It wasn’t a deep cut, but her red blood was a blemish on her otherwise immaculate body. How could a Higher Being such as the Radiance ever allow such an indignity to go unpunished “LOOK AT WHAT YOU’VE DONE TO MY BODY!” Radiance said, her entire body wobbling with fat as she hefted her belly to examine the injury. “IT IS ONLY FAIR I REPAY YOU IN KIND! AND I HAVE JUST THE PUNISHMENT IN MIND.”
“If you’re going to devour me, just do it!” Hornet roared, thrashing on the stone slab. “Your taunts mean nothing, only action matters!”
“ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN, SPIDER,” Radiance said, her knees falling on either side of Hornet’s small body. “DEEPNEST IS SO CRAMPED AND DECREPIT, MY DIVINE BODY COULD NEVER FIT INTO THOSE TINY TUNNELS! SO, I PLAN TO BRING YOUR DENIZENS TO ME. AND YOU’LL GET TO FEEL ALL OF IT!” Radiance began lowering her belly onto Hornet, the flab covering up her legs first, and then rising to smother the rest of her as the Ancient Light lowered the rest of her body.
“If you lay your hand on a single one of my fellows, I swear I will- MMMPH?” Hornet’s voice was cut off and reduced to only the faintest muffled roar under the endless pounds of moth fat.
Radiance giggled, grinding her gut on Hornet. “NOW, LET ME START MY VENGEANCE WITH SOMETHING A LITTLE… PERSONAL.” She conjured up threads of light to carry Herrah over to her, feeling Hornet struggling somewhere underneath all of the fat. “I THINK IT’S ONLY PROPER FOR YOU TO SPEND SOME TIME ALONE WITH YOUR MOTHER BEFORE I PUT THE REST OF DEEPNEST INTO MY GUT.”
Herrah shook her head as she came back to wakefulness. She didn’t know what she was looking at when she opened her eyes. It seemed to be a large, moist cave…? It was only when her head was thrust inside, soon to be followed by the rest of her body as Radiance shoved Herrah into her maw with her wings, that the Beast understood what was going on.
“Foul Light! Unhand me this instant, or I will rip you apart! You cannot do this to the Queen of Deepnest, you fool, you can’t-!”
A heavy gulp reduced Herrah’s declarations of vengeance to a muffled roar inside of her stomach. Radiance giggled when Hornet let out a barely-audible yelp of horror as she realized what was about to happen. “YOU TWO SHOULD SAY YOUR GOODBYES WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!” Radiance said, grinding her struggling belly onto Hornet. “IT’S THE LAST TIME YOU TWO WILL SEE ONE ANOTHER, AFTER ALL.”
“...ACTUALLY,” Radiance said, kicking her legs in the air girlishly. “YOU TWO WILL SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN SOON. JUST NOT IN THE WAY THAT YOU’D HOPE!” she said, reaching a wing down and spanking her ass.
Herrah’s heavy body pressed against Hornet, her roars of rage muffled by so much moth fat. All her kicks and punches really did though was squish up against Hornet, rubbing Radiance’s adipose up against her. Hornet, horrified by the depraved and macabre situation she found herself in, let out an anguished cry. It was unclear if Herrah heard it, though. Radiance certainly didn’t, as she was giggling a girlish little tune and kicking her legs as she rubbed her stomach, feeling Herrah slowly melt.
…Okay this was taking too long. Grimm was out there, right now! Devouring thousands! In better circumstances, Radiance would take her time to digest Herrah the proper way. But her body and soul would make for such wonderful weight on Radiance’s body that could give her a serious edge. Radiance used the same incantation she had used earlier to delete the Mantis Tribe, and felt her belly give a mighty rumble as Herrah’s digestion hastened.
Hornet’s eyes shot wide with horror as she felt what was happening. Herrah let out a mighty roar, and thrashed with tremendous effort, but within only a minute of struggling, her declarations of violent revenge were getting swallowed up by sounds of sloshing and gurgling and churning and glorping as her body digested. Radiance grinded her belly on Hornet, using her body to help knead up her mother, reducing her more and more by the moment into gutsludge sloshing around in Radiance’s fat gut. Radiance rubbed and shoved and kneaded her stomach down onto the plinth where Hornet lay, smothering and covering the spider with all of her fat, shoving her right up into Herrah as her gut clenched one final time, a heavy bwomph! sound filling the chamber as what was left of the Beast got reduced to chyme.
Almost at once Hornet found herself surrounded on all sides by Radiance’s belly, its softness pressing into her and gurgling like an engine with the sounds of digestion. Already, Herrah was being churned away into soft fat, fat that was even now growing softer around Hornet. Increasing in density and weight, growing thicker and heavier, surrounding Hornet more with every passing moment, the softness inescapable, and throughout it all, the poor little spider was cursed with the knowledge that all this new fat, all this new weight, was coming from her mother. She struggled, but all she did was end up kneading Radiance’s stomach more, hastening Herrah’s digestion. She roared with rage and despair too, but all of that soft adipose smothered her cries. Hornet’s eyes widened with horror as she tried to wriggle away, only to realize that she was utterly trapped.
The sounds of Radiance’s gut churning and gurgling away Herrah gradually lessened as that thick spider sludge was turned into fat. Hornet heard the last horrible sounds as what was left of Herrah was pumped from Radiance’s belly with a loud glop! After that, all that was left for Hornet was the increasing of the weight all around her, the ever-thickening fat pressing up against her, too heavy by this point for her to even struggle against. Radiance grinded and squished her belly against Hornet, making sure that little spider felt every new pound, felt as the stomach grew heavier and weightier against her, that there was nothing for Hornet to feel except for Radiance’s belly and what had become of her mother.
Radiance slapped her belly as she finally felt the last of Herrah turn into weight. “AH, FINALLY GONE, ARE YOU? WELL, I SUPPOSE I MAY AS WELL SEND YOUR DAUGHTER ON YOUR WAY!”
She lifted up her gut, revealing Hornet’s dazed form, her eyes starting upwards with terror. “G-Give her back!” Hornet said, spitting with fury. “You’re a God, right? Bring my mother back. you fat glutton! I should have cut out your fat black heart and shoved it down your throat!” Hornet tried rising to her feet. “I- I don’t know how! But I will bring my mother back-!”
With a plop, Radiance smothered Hornet with her stomach again. “MY, STILL HAVE THE FIGHTING SPIRIT, DO YOU? WELL, YOU ARE THE THAT WYRM’S DAUGHTER! DON’T WORRY, I KNOW HOW TO FIX THAT!~”
Still keeping Hornet pinned, Radiance created a series of portals around her mouth. While she couldn’t get to the rest of Deepnest, that didn’t mean the rest of Deepnest couldn’t be brought to her. She grinded her belly again on Hornet. “WHY DON’T I GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO SAY GOODBYE TO THE REST OF DEEPNEST AS WELL?”
Hornet didn’t understand what Radiance meant until the first few dozen Deepnest bugs had been grasped through the portals and shoved down her throat. Radiance was going to do what she had just done to Herrah to all of Deepnest. And here, unable to struggle, only able to feel, Hornet was going to be made to feel every last citizen of her people digest. She cried out with horror and tried one final desperate time to shove Radiance off, but her stomach was already growing fatter and heavier and softer…
—
“And you’re certain we shouldn’t check up on that, Master?” Lurien’s Butler said as a belch loud enough to shatter windows came up from the floor below.
“No, no. It’s quite alright,” Lurien said, patting his Butler on the head. “No one has ever prevailed in combat over the Watcher Knights. We’re much safer up here than we’d be poking our noses into things down there.”
“If you say so…” Butler said, shivering nervously. From the horrible sounds coming from below, it certainly didn’t seem like things were under control.
And then, with a sudden flash of flame, Grimm appeared inside of Lurien’s chamber. He hefted his stomach with both hands, obviously straining with the effort, as the half-dozen Watcher Knights in his belly viciously struggled without much success. “Ah, Lurien! It’s been so long! Sorry to appear unannounced, but I’m afraid we have business together - no matter what your little door boy back there says!”
“Good grief!” Butler said, drawing his hands over his eyes in fear. “Master, look! He devoured all of the Watcher Knights!”
Lurien waved a hand defensively. “Worry not, my young Butler. Nothing bad will come to you as long as you’re under my protection.” Lurien drew a sword from under a nearby table, and held out its length as he approached Grimm. “I do not know what the meaning of this latest game of yours is, but it ends here! Take one more step forward, and I still strike you-”
Grimm grasped Lurien and slurped his slender form down like a noodle. The Watcher hit his belly and immediately bwomphed as Grimm clenched his gut, spewing out another belch, this time with seven skulls taking form inside the flames. He had to admit, he was getting good at this! He was so satisfied with his digestive abilities he almost forgot the poor Butler that Lurien had left behind.
“My, such an adorable creature,” Grimm said, stalking up to Butler, suddenly leaving the latter all too aware of how much smaller he was than the former. Grimm’s belly stretched from wall-to-wall, as did his tremendous thighs. His rear was so large as to be seen from the front, and Grimm had grown in height to the point where he was crouching just to fit inside the spacious spire. Even from where he stood on the other side of the room, his belly almost reached Lurien. “It would be such a shame to keep you and your Master apart! Why not take a closer look?”
“No! No! Really! That won’t be necessary-!” Butler said, but Grimm was already upon him, squishing him up against the window of the spire with his massive belly. Butler was pressed flat against the glass, the fat and chyme all around him.
“My, you can really see the whole City from up here!” Grimm said, gazing over his belly at the City of Tears below. He could just barely see past his gut to the thriving streets below. Bugs ran around in a panic, the news of a strange creature being loose in the area eating others having reached their ears. Grimm giggled. They were safe, for the time being. At least until he finished digesting these Watcher Knights and grinding his belly all over this poor Butler here. Once that was over though, he was going to eat all of them. Add all of their bodies and souls to his weight, his thighs, his belly, his immeasurable and still-growing rear. He almost felt sorry for the poor things from this vantage point. Only almost sorry, however.
He kept grinding his stomach on Butler, making the glass behind him creak and groan under the immense weight. Whoever had built the tower had done a great job creating resistant glass, as regular material would surely have busted under the pressure of his gut by now. Thankfully for the glass, that pressure was gradually lessening as his stomach noisily, grotesquely shrunk. The loud glorps and gurgles of digestion filled the entire room, though they were tragically most prominent around Butler, whose face was by now shoved almost entirely into Grimm’s navel, feeling the fat all around him and hearing nothing but the terrible digestion sounds of his master and his loyal knights. Grimm kneaded his belly on Butler more, and the little bug let out a stark scream as he was sucked deeper into the navel, deeper into his doom.
“I can feel you vanishing up there!” Grimm said, slapping his belly and watching it wobble like waves. “I think that’d be quite an alright fate for you - feeling everyone you care about digesting into fat all around you before being sucked into by gut posthaste!”
Grimm squished his belly inwards, kneading and squeezing the fat around Lurien’s Butler, who by this point was almost entirely inside, his cries of disgust and horror all but silenced by the massive amount of Grimm fat surrounding him. Grimm squished the fat around him, wobbling and sloshing it, really working it into Butler. Wanting him to feel each new pound he gained, to feel that fat surrounding him, growing denser and weightier by the second.
“No escape now!” Grimm said as he felt Butler get sucked all the way inside, slapping his belly again for emphasis. He could vaguely feel Butler struggling around inside his navel, only vaguely, however. There was far too much weight surrounding him by this point for it to be anything other than a mere novelty. Grimm grasped both sides of his belly, and squeezed it, surrounding his toy with the sounds of his pumping stuffed guts as they processed his Master and all of their guards.
With each passing moment the fat and weight increased around Butler. “S-Stop! You don’t have to do this! I’m sure we can work something out, I’m very well connected, and I can give you anything you- MMMPH???”
Grimm clenched his belly, surrounding Butler entirely and muffling anything he was saying under what had to be by now at least a thousand pounds of fat. The more he clenched and squeezed, the deeper Butler was pulled. The poor little bug slid deeper and deeper towards the Troupe Master’s stomach, the fat increasing around him all the way until, with a final jerk of his belly, Grimm pulled Butler entirely into his gut, where he immediately melted with a thick, heavy gurchunk!
A low moan escaped Grimm’s lips, and he felt up his massive rear, which was as wide and large as the raised stone platform Lurien rested on. It continued growing, getting heavier as Lurien and his Butler ended up back there together, their weight wobbling together as he shook and smacked his ass. “Ah!~ Feels like you two are settling in back there just fine!”
Wanting to rest his body, Grimm went to sit down on Lurien’s bed. His incredible rear, which was heavier than his belly, fell onto it and immediately crushed it into rubble, destroying it utterly. Giddily grinding on the rubble, Grimm reached out and massaged his belly, which rounded away from him until it almost hit the wall of the room. Honestly, he was quite amazed at how large his body had already become. Each of his asscheeks were as large as a Watcher Knight, and his thighs were on par with some of the pillars he’d been passing. And all this from just a small sampling of the City of Tears total population! As Grimm got up and prepared to teleport back to the streets below, he salivated as he imagined how large he’d be by the end of all this.
—
Radiance felt the final Deepnest bug glorp in her belly, satisfactorily ending the population of Hallownest. Well, except for one. Poor Hornet was still under Radiance’s belly, having just been forced to feel as every last bug in her precious little Kingdom was melted down and turned into fat. Radiance grinded her still-swelling belly on Hornet, kneading the fat onto her, really just rubbing it in her face. “HAVING FUN DOWN THERE, LITTLE SPIDER?” Radiance said as she smooshed her belly hard on the platform, feeling Hornet’s body kicking and punching weakly under the endless weight.
The fat was so squishy and soft it pressed into Hornet everywhere, growing in density and thickness as almost everyone she’d ever known was worked away onto Radiance’s body. Hornet had, of course, cried with horror and sadness and all the other emotions, but with all that weight surrounding her, they’d never gone anywhere. Her eyes had gone very wide with horror, and her fear only intensified as Radiance smooshed and grinded the fat onto her, further rubbing it in that she had no one left. Her entire Kingdom was gone, reduced to chub on some Higher Being.
“MY, WHAT WONDERFUL CURVES!” Radiance said, observing the way Deepnest had so thoroughly rounded her out. She cupped her breasts, which were so huge even Herrah would look like a hatchling compared to them. There was her stomach, which was filling up most of the lower portion of Herrah’s room like water, and her thighs, huge enough now that she could probably bust a small building between them.
But my, what was this? Radiance’s own eyes went all huge as she took in just how large her rump had become. It was almost as large as her belly, and taking up much of the room behind Radiance. Hornet just had to see this! She got up, giving the little spider a chance to look at what her citizens had become. “LOOK UPON MY SPLENDID NEW FORM, MORTAL!” Radiance said, twirling as much as she could in the small space to show it all off.
“Uuuuuuugggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh…” Hornet groaned, her mind too filled with terror to fully comprehend what she was seeing. This all had to be a bad dream, or a vision visited upon her by that terrible Light. There was just no way that everyone she’s ever known was part of that fat now…
“YOU SEEM CONFUSED! DO YOU STILL NEED CONVINCING?” Radiance said, giving a girlish giggle. “ALLOW ME TO HELP YOU ALONG, SPIDER!”
With this, Radiance lowered her rear down onto Hornet, who only had a moment to yelp in protest before the weight crushed her. Immediately Radiance’s rear destroyed Herrah’s bed, pinning Hornet under her entirely, with nothing to feel but the still growing ass of the Higher Being as it pushed up against her, smooshing her flat against the ground.
Radiance bounced her ass on Hornet a few times, working her asscheeks against the little spider, before grinding her against the hard stone of the plinth. Hornet’s body, durable and strong from so much warrior training, held under the weight, but the ass still ground and shoved and grinded into her, mocking and taunting her, a feeling that only grew worse with the knowledge that Radiance’s rear was likely where Herrah had ended up.
However, this move had unforeseen consequences. See, the Beast’s Den was held up by spider webs. Strongly built webs, sure. But still webs. Radiance resting her ass and pressing it down pushed them too far. They’d never been made to take the level of weight and pressure that the Radiance was putting on them now, and under the strain, they began to strain and grow thin, splintering apart until one-by-one, they broke off.
There was a rumbling inside the Beast’s Den, and then the floor under Hornet gave way. She plummeted all the way to the bottom of the Distant Village. Hornet braced herself as she hit the ground, and came away from it relatively unharmed. She closed her eyes and breathed deep, trying to regain her composure and concentration during this break in the action. “Focus, Hornet,” she told herself. “You are a great warrior of the Deepnest - and you cannot allow yourself to be broken by phony psychological warfare...”
Which was partly true - Hornet wasn’t going to be broken apart by Radiance’s taunting. She was, however, going to be broken apart by the massive rear falling down towards her now like a rocket. Hornet’s eyes shot open to find that Radiance had finally fallen through the Beast’s Den too, and that she was about to fall on Hornet with all of her weight ass-first. She opened her mouth to scream, but the ass hit her first, falling on her with untold weight and-
*Cruuuuunch!*
Radiance rubbed her head. Everything had just happened so fast. By the time she’d noticed Hornet was gone, she’d already been falling all the way down the Distant Village. She couldn’t tell where the little spider had gone until she put two-and-two together, and felt the vague form crushed under her ass, which was struggling weakly.
“OH MY,” Radiance said, grinning girlishly as she put her wings on her hips. “DID I SIT ON SOMETHING?” She shifted her ass a bit, feeling and hearing Hornet being crushed under her. Grinning, Radiance grinded her rear hard on Hornet, really working the weight into her, rubbing and squishing and shifting her ass against the ground, pressing down on the little spider, hearing her crunch under the weight of her Deepnest-filled ass.
“I MUST SAY, I’M EXHAUSTED FROM EMPTYING OUT THIS KINGDOM,” Radiance said. “WOULD YOU MIND, LITTLE SPIDER, IF I RESTED HERE FOR A WHILE?” She grinded her ass on Hornet again, hard, listening with an evil grin to the sounds of Hornet crunching under her immense rear.
“PERFECT!”
Radiance grinded her massive ass on Hornet, a cruelty made all the more delicious by the fact that she was putting herself at a disadvantage by doing this. Grimm was still out there, eating others, getting ahead, but Radiance wanted this. She wanted to take the daughter of the man who had ruined her life, and punish her thoroughly. How long would the little spider last, she wondered?

Cool story so far kind of want to see Radiance turn Hollow and hornet on the small off chance she actually survives into her own personal worshipper. If only to twist the knife to the pale king even more.
Also quick question how many parts do you think this story will be?
