Ragatha wants to protect Pomni from the poor influences in the Digital Circus, and takes control.
---
Caine was dressed for a funeral. His usual bright eyes had dimmed to the color of dusk as he took the stage, a dark tuxedo and matching dress pants looking as out of place as could be on his slim body. Below the small stage on bare chairs sat the circus performers, who looked at him with some worry. They’d never seen Caine so out of sorts before - it had to be something serious, an impression that only intensified when actual tears bloomed in his eyes as they rattled around inside his loose mouth.
“Jeez, what’s going on here?” Jax said, stretching out too casually on his chair as Caine tapped the mic at the front of the stage, filling the entire plaza of the Circus with horrible, screeching feedback.
“Testing? Testing?” Caine said, moving the mic this way and that, filling the chamber with more feedback, causing everyone in attendance to cover their ears and screech like they too were poor speakers. The auditory assault only ended when Ragatha, God bless her soul, got up and adjusted it for him, earning quiet smiles from the rest of the cast.
“Thank you, Ragatha,” Caine said, eyes still weepy. “My poor performers! I have the most terrible, most horrible, most un-cromulent news ever delivered to this sad troupe! There will be no adventures for the next several weeks!” Caine’s head fell with the words, and heavy sobs wracked his body.
“What? Really?” Pomni muttered under her breath, not believing her luck. She’d just about been at her limit with this nightmare! A vacation sounded perfect! Looking up and down the chairs arrayed to her left and right, everyone seemed to share the same opinion.
“Yes, really! I know, I see that tragic look on all of your faces! You smile and laugh because it is the only way your broken, forlorn mind can respond to the news! But I assure you all, this must be done. I’ve terrible terrible holes to The Void everywhere around the grounds, and that simply cannot stand! Such entropy could endanger not only you, but our whole world!” Caine threw his hands outwards for emphasis.
“Huh, I thought I was the only one who’d noticed more of those holes cropping up,” Ragatha said, leaning a comforting arm on Pomni. She leaned in closer to whisper, “Have you noticed more of them around Pomni?”
“Actually yeah I think I-”
“Hey, what’re you two talking about with me? Your favorite boy?” Jax said, thrusting his head between the two of them. “You two aren’t thinking of sneaking off without me, right? Cause’ that’d be just horrible, I gotta say.”
“Oh! Do you guys have something planned?” Gangle said, her happy face jutting in too. “I wanna tag along!”
Gangle was next. “You’re all whispering over here, I don’t like it. I, for one, don’t want to be dragged into another adventure on my time off.”
“I LOVE WHISPERING!” Kinger added, leaping into the fray and finally pushing Ragatha over the edge.
“Shut up!” she shouted, grabbing Pomni and dragging her upright. “We are leaving! I’ve- I’ve been meaning to patch things up with Pomni for weeks now, so just let me do this. Could all of you just leave me - and especially her alone? Just for once? Please?”
“Hey boss? You think we should step in?” Bubble asked, materializing out of a crack in the floorboards of the stage as everyone watched Pomni and Ragatha go in stunned silence.
“No, no Bubble. I understand why they’re so upset - just a day without adventures is like a knife through my poor little heart! I can’t imagine going two weeks - I may just keel over and-” At this, Caine fell to the ground, limp and lifeless as a flatline noise rang through the Circus.
Bubble shook their head and turned to the crowd. “Alright, which one of you is going to help me deal with this?”
—
Ragatha slammed her door shut and shoved her dresser in front of it. “I can’t believe those jerks! A girl can’t even get a moment's peace in this place,” she said, stomping around before turning to look at Pomni. “You’ve been staying out of their way right? They’re a bad influence I’m pretty sure.”
Pomni sat with her hands crossed nervously on the bed, though she was internally thankful for Ragatha’s swift rescue. “Honestly I’ve been trying. But you know how they all are, especially Jax.” At the mention of his name, Pomni’s pace quickened, and she wrung her hands together. “I’m always afraid he’s gonna sneak into my room and axe murder me or something.”
“Jax is a bully and a whole lot of things I literally can’t say here,” Ragatha said, moving to sit besides Pomni. “You have to try and stay away from him, and the others. I’ll take care of you.”
“Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thanks?” Pomni said, feeling slightly uncomfortable under Ragatha’s protective gaze.
“I know there’s some bad vibes between us because of what happened on your first day, but honestly, I don’t hold it against you too much. You were scared and frightened and taking all of this in - I was the same way when I started. But I took you here, to my room, because I wanted to make use of this vacation time. I don’t want you to end up like them.” Ragatha scooted closer, looping her arms around Pomni’s neck.
“Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh?”
“Like Jax, being so rude and mean to everyone just to push them away so he can distance himself from everything. Or like Zooble where you’re just apathetic or don’t care. Or like Kinger…” Ragatha tightened her grip. “No, you’re too sweet for that. I won’t let that happen to you, I can’t.” She turned to look Pomni dead in the eye with the look of an angry and determined parent.
“Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh?” Pomni groaned, trying to shift away from Ragatha, but instead finding herself being dragged down onto the soft fabric alongside her.
“That’s the real reason I brought you here,” Ragatha said, stroking Pomni’s cheek. “I’m gonna put you somewhere for a while where you can relax, and stay away from the others. Where I can keep a close eye on you and you can’t go running off.” She was positioning herself towards the top of the bed, and once she was settled in, she started hiking up her dress…
“T-That’s all real nice of you! Really!” Pomni said, panicked now. More panicked than normal, really. “But honestly I gotta go I have to go see-!”
“You don’t have to see anything but me,” Ragatha said, shoving Pomni’s face between her legs. “In fact, I’m gonna make sure you don’t.”
Pomni looked up, and found herself directly in front of Ragatha’s pussy, which sat unadorned under her dress. “What the $%$!@#!?”
Ragatha shoved Pomni’s face inside before she could protest further. The little jester let out a high cry as her face and head was worked into Ragatha’s cunt, her strong arms shoving her deeper in, her head vanishing bit-by-bit up her vagina. Ragatha bit back a moan as she rubbed and grinded herself against Pomni, trying to get all of her up there, where she would be safe and secure. “Shhh, shhh,” she whispered tenderly. “Don’t fight it.”
Pomni kicked and punched desperately, her limbs flailing as she was shoved further in, her muffled cries being swallowed up by Ragatha’s pussy. She kneaded Pomni’s head into her, her hips pushing into Pomni’s face as she giggled and moaned, “Come on Pomni, just let me take care of you.” Ragatha pushed herself down while pulling Pomni up, and felt as the poor jester’s head and upper half vanished up her cunt.
Pomni kept struggling, her cries increasingly muffled as she was pulled deeper into Ragatha. The rest of her upper body was soon pulled entirely inside, and then her kicking legs and slim hips were soon to follow. She slid inside rather easily after that, Ragatha kicking her own legs girlishly as she watched the rest of Pomni disappear up into her, nothing left of her but the pregnancy-like bulge she now struggled within.
“Ah, that’s better,” Ragatha said, dropping her dress and settling back down onto her bed. “Now get comfortable in there, Pomni! We have two weeks together, after all!”
For whatever reason, Pomni wasn’t comfortable with this at all. The soft, wet fabric walls that surrounded Pomni held her like a womb, and no matter how much she struggled, it didn’t seem to get her any closer to freedom. The situation was so absurd, so ridiculous, that she could only laugh as she beat desperately around her. Ragatha wrapped herself around Pomni’s struggling bump, patting and shushing her. “It’s alright Pomni. You can settle in now. Nothing is going to hurt you in there.”
Exhausted from shoving Pomni up her pussy, Ragatha soon fell unaware into a sweet sleep, leaving her friend to push and kick around inside of her, growing more panicked as the hours went by, until she finally started to quiet down. Pomni, whose mental state was rocky at the best of times, wasn’t taking this change of pace too well. It was only after an entire night spent in there that her broken mind started to see things in a different light.
It was warm in here, and safe, and secure. She could just cuddle up soft and tender, and let the time go by. A chuckle broke through her lips. It would be so easy to just sink into things, to let the warmth take her, and to let the world outside fade away… There wasn’t anything to hurt her in here. No Jax to barge in on her, no Kinger to harangue her with nonsense, no Caine to pop out of nowhere and ruin her rest. Pomni giggled again, a fragile, high sort of sound one sometimes hears from defeated creatures. She snuggled in, and let the heat hold her.
Ragatha ended up sleeping in far later than intended, but it was alright, because when she did come to, Pomni had stopped her struggling and was now only weakly gigging and shuffling around as she tried to get comfortable. “You’re settling in nicely I see. Like I said, you’ll be safe and everything in there. No need to worry or think about anyone else except me, alright?”
There was some more tossing and turning inside of her as Pomni made a tiny sleeplike sound before settling still. Ragatha pulled a book from her bedside, some romantic public domain work the creators of this game had probably just dumped in for the sake of having more to do. Still, it was nice and comfortable, doubly so with the knowledge that Pomni belonged to her now. She’d do anything to keep her safe and protected, away from the prying eyes and hands of the other cast members.
When the knocks came at the door, Ragatha ignored them. Jax tried unlocking her room, but found the door blocked by the dresser. She covered her ears with some pillows as he started yelling into her room about an escapade he and Gangle were going on. Ragatha further covered up Pomni, laying a pillow on top of her to muffle the noise. There was no reason to interrupt her leisure time with such nonsense. When Jax left, she only grinned.
Inside of Ragatha, Pomni was undergoing something similar to what she’d felt at that first dinner that first night in the Digital Circus, when she tried to resign herself to this being the rest of her life. Part of her wanted to scream and yell out at this indignity that Ragatha had forced onto her, yet another removal of her autonomy and personhood in this place. But the other and greater part of her accepted this as a gift. She could lay away now, in such a soft and warm place, where no one could bother her, and where there was only Ragatha…
Ragatha giggled to herself as she felt Pomni settle in deeper, hoping that by the end of these two weeks, Pomni wouldn’t even want to leave.
