Plot: Mercy, who just finished digesting her latest meal, decides to head to the gym in order to lose some of her belly weight. As she begins her workout, her belly begins to gurgle and groan as she was quite hungry.
"Meine Güte... you are loud" she exclaims as her belly continues to gurgle for food.
"Probably should have had a light snack" she pats her bloated belly, "I can't focus on working-out with my belly making so much noise" she sighs looking around the gym, seeing if there was any food in sight.
Luckily for her, she notices someone delicious, Elizabeth Caledonia "Calamity" Ashe.
However, she thought, she just finished digesting her previously meal and eating another person would just prolong her stay, "but she just looks so delicious" she thought, patting her hungry belly.
Ashe, herself, doesn't notice the bloated woman who is noticing her, continuing her workout, her belly also making gurgling noises. "Gosh... you are loud" she exclaims to her hungry belly, "I'll feed you after my workout."
However, Ashe notices a shadow casting over her, looking up and notices a bloated Mercy in front of her.
"Hello Doctor... did you get taller and also ummm..." Ashe pokes her potbelly "pregnant?" Ashe says.
"Yeah, I just trying a little experiment of my" Mercy pats her belly "no no, not pregnant... I just had a big lunch, but feeling pretty hungry again"
"Oh... well I was just about to finish my workout; do you want to get something to eat... I'm pretty hungry myself" Ashe says rubbing her own belly.
"Verdammt" Mercy thought "I know Ashe is a danger predatory herself, but that's why I made myself taller to take on dangerous prey like her." Mercy thought, suddenly smiles and licks her lips at Ashe "yeah... she going to go down nicely into my belly and I'm at the gym already to work off the extra fat."
"Um... doc you are a little closer than I like" she says as she gets up and tries to back away but find herself up against a wall now.
Mercy approaches her, now pinning her against the wall "I can go for a snack right now" Mercy says while licking her lips again.
Terrified, Ashe helpless watches the taller woman mere inches away licking her lips as both their bellies groan and gurgle for food, resulting in...

Mercy Route: Using her big, bloated gurgling belly to pinned Ashe against the wall, allowing Mercy to move in with her mouth wide open. Anticipating her fate, Ashe can't help but look away, as Mercy engulfs Ashe's head and begins to swallow the smaller girl. Slowly but surely, she swallows more and more of the American girl, bloating out her hungry belly with fresh prey. Eventually, Mercy finally swallows Ashe, satisfy her hunger. She lays down on the floor, happily patting her bloated belly.
"Comfy in there, well don't get too comfy in there you might now last long" she smugly says rubbing her belly.
"Oh and you if see what's left of D.va in there, say hi for me when you join her in the toilet" she smugly says, lightly burping into her hand.
Eventually, her powerful stomach soon digests the American girl, not only bloating out her potbelly a bit more but also her booty got bigger.
"Mein mein mein... don't need to work on my squats anytime soon" patting her booty before getting back to her workout.

Ashe Route: In a desperate attempted at survival, Ashe lounges her wide-open mouth at the taller German girl, surprising her. Before Mercy can reacted however, her head is engulfed by Ashe, now slowly swallowing Mercy. As she struggles to swallow more and more of the German girl, her toned stomach begins to bloat out more and more. Eventually she swallows the bigger Mercy, her stomach so big that the extra weight causes her to fall on top of her belly.
"Oh my... my belly has never been this big before, never thought my gut can stretch this far" Ashe says while breathing heavily after swallowing the bigger Mercy.
Eventually, her powerful stomach soon digests the German girl, turning her flat stomach into a nine-month pregnant looking potbelly.
*URRRRP* as Ashe belches out Mercy skull and sets it aside her. "Sigh... at least my boobs are bigger, it's gone be awhile to get by belly back into its flat size again." she looks down and pokes her belly "at least I'm not hungry anymore" she says before getting but up and resuming her work-out.
