Idea behind this is the Titans are severely short on cash for operating costs. Seeing as they need emergency cash, Raven, who has been getting email's shes been ignoring for months from a shop owner thats a big fan of her goes back and looks up one of them and agrees. 500 dollars for her breasts, but another 50 grand if she does advertising for them.
