I have paid chapters lined up for both. I haven't forgotten but work is going to get harder and harder as the holidays approach and IRL job interferes.

We're now seriously lagging behind the goal, which means eventually, I'm not going to be able to keep producing the comic, and the project will stall. I still have some extra cash saved up, but it's running out quickly.

I already lowered prices because I previously had too much income for what the artists could keep up with. Now it looks like that wasn't a good idea. I wanted to lower the entry cost from $5 to $1 or at least lower the cost of other tiers but that's definitely not happening with numbers like this. I need the support of you guys in order to keep producing this. The production of this comic is quite literally thousands of dollars of expenses every year.

The last issue was months ago, and the most recent post was paid for a couple of weeks ago, but I've just been struggling to smash through some writer's block. I have two more chapters lined up, though. Just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten the series. Just that it fell on the backburner for so long because nobody was supporting it until recently.

Also one person actually bought a chapter in like January but they never attached a note to their pay, nor did they DM me on Eka's, so I had no idea what the purchase was for. Don't forget that stuff. :U It's important. They did eventually get in touch with me to find the missing payment though.

I'm doing something a little different this time with the crowd funding thing.

Instead of commissioning a whole chapter for $60, you can throw any amount of money my way and maybe ask for an idea or character to be featured in the story. (I suggest discussing before paying just in case I dislike the idea.)

The reason I'm doing it this way is because 1) way less interest in male preds 2) I plan on writing the story regardless of funding, but still want to offer an opportunity for people to make suggestions for the story. Maybe even have people directly collaborate with me through RP. Money is just a good attention grabber, but it's not a requirement in this case. I'll just prioritize the ideas with money behind them. Around this time every year, my writing slows down to a crawl due to real world work being far more stressful and more physically demanding than usual. Without getting into what exactly I do, since there are reasons why I wish not to share that, it cuts into my writing time by a lot.

I've also been rushing a Guts and Glory 2 rewrite because the current version on Patreon is dissatisfying to me, which is a large part of why none of it has been released public yet. I'm keeping my unfinished work out of public view.

It's not okay for you to use art without permission. This shouldn't need to be said, but apparently it does.

And yet, I see it happen constantly. I'm not the artist most of the time so it's usually not my place to say anything. However, there have also been a handful of times where people have done this with art that I paid for without permission from myself or the artist who even drew it. The artist or commissioner shouldn't be randomly stumbling into their own content posted without permission in other people's galleries. Why do some people here think it's okay? And don't tell me that "i'm giVING tHe ArT EXPoSuRE" because this leads into my next point.

The story begins in October of 2090. :o It's basically Halloween themed for Asher's arc!

An update for everything else in the meantime. I'm still around but looks like people are cutting back on spending a bit. Little Lamia in the Big City is on pause 'till someone buys a chapter, though this has given me time to chip away at other stories.

DokuDoku and I are working on a choose-your-adventure genre dating game that's scheduled for release around Valentine's Day. It's nearing completion but I could really use some help with sound design if anyone wants to contact me to lend their aid. I've got coding handled and Doku is doing the art. We just need good sound effects, and re-using previously made vore assets won't always cut it.
