Commissioned him for a $540 4-5 page comic Jan 2019. It's 2022, and all that was provided was an extremely rough sketch of 1 page, and after a 'restructuring' of the deal to do game sprites early this year, he couldn't deliver even one and left me on read for months while finishing other commissions. We lived in the same town for a short time and had something of a rapport, though we never met, but it just became an irritation having to poke him every 2-4 months to hear the same sob story with no progress for literal years.
