Just a cute little note to let you all know that we will remain open in August and September, as we won't be taking any break this Summer~

Please note that at the moment there is currently about 3 weeks of waiting time for any new comm until we can get started.
Please also note that we can take express commissions anytime and to be completed over a very short time. There is an extra fee for express comms, depending on how fast you want the comm to be done (e.g., completing a commission in 24h will cost more than in 1 week time).

If you are unaware, we have been doing streams about once a month for almost a year now. During these streams, we would either take commissions on the spot as PWYW (Pay What You Want), or pre-booked Art slave slots.

Originally, these streams were done on Picarto, making us able to advertise the stream and send the link everywhere.
However, for now several months we have been completely unable to stream on Picarto. The streaming would be of poor quality and freeze all the time. We have managed to relatively empty our more-than-full commission list. This means that we are ready to OPEN AGAIN FOR COMMISSION!

However, we still have a lot of comics in our to-do list. Since these take us a lot of time and effort to make, we will remain closed for comic commissions. For these, we will likely re-open in one or two weeks.

During the month of June, things will get a bit crazy for us, and this will cause us to either be unavailable, or unable to work on our commissions.

From the 12th to the 25th of June, Lace will be moving from UK back to France. As you can imagine, moving to another country is quite intense, so access to internet will be uncertain.
Unfortunately, since Lace is the one managing all our account, this can have an impact on the time it takes us to answer all your messages. Of course, Lace will do his best, but don't be surprised if it takes more than a day for him to get back to you.

We have received recently A LOT of demands for commissions, to the point where we expect any new demand to take up to 5 weeks until we can work on it.

While we are of course happy to gather so much interest, since our objective remains to deliver all commissions as fast as possible while ensuring top quality, we are not really happy with making people wait that long to get a commission from us.
As a consequence, we will CLOSE our commissions starting from tomorrow (Friday 19th) night and until we have significantly reduced the size of our current to-do list.

If you wish to obtain a slot before we close, we recommend you to hurry up - but be aware that we won't be able to work on it until one...

We currently have several slots taken for which the customers are not or no longer replying to our messages. This is unfortunately causing quite a mess in our workload organisation, as we have to move slots around to avoid losing a precious time and keep on working.

Dear all~

2022 is coming to an end, and despite all the weird and even bad things that happened around the World this year, we (Shoe and Lace) are happy to say that it was overall a good year.

Going from amateur to professional wasn't an easy decision for us, but we are glad to say it went smoothly and that beyond our initial expectations. Hopefully, things keep on going the way they are, so we can produce more arts for you all in the future

At the same time, starting our Discord server was also a lot of stress for us. It took us quite a while to just decide ourselves to do it, but also to keep it live and aim at making a server we are proud of and that we just desire to see thriving in the future. Just like with our business, we can only wish to see...
