I pulled the trigger on a Ko-Fi account. While it will mostly be for tipping I do have 2 written commission slots open as a test run. Depending on how it goes I might make it a once a month thing when I open the comms up and/or increase the slots.

Well 2024 is drawing to a close. This year I felt like I slowed down on stories, but really I took breaks that I needed and actually put out things that I'm more or less proud of. I started the fantasy erotica story, which will get a title next year when I put out a certain chapter. I worked a few smaller vignettes, which allowed me to put out ideas I've been having that weren't quite worth a full short story, and I've passed 100 written uploads with the 100th being a Novella that was a rewrite of Trevor and Elizabeth's first day together, the idea that first got me off my ass to put my ideas out there for people to read.



Going forward into 2025, I want to continue a bit of this momentum. A nice mixture of longer multichapter things and smaller stories. I...

So if you haven't seen, my 100th story upload is only a preview on this site. You can find it on Itch.io (https://zaver.itch.io/my-body-her-desires) and hopefully soon on Kindle/Amazon (they take a while to review it). It's only $4 and if you have enjoyed my works I would say it's worth it. It's a retelling of like the first 5-6 stories I wrote on Deviantart and eventually brought over to here on Eka's, which at the time I only used the site's word processor rather than Google Docs like I do now. Granted I've already hit my own expectations on how well it would sell, which I really shouldn't say out loud because then it would show how lowly I expected it to do, though hitting it within 24 hours isn't that bad.

So I haven't posted anything in the last week because Hurricane Helene came through my area Friday Morning. I'm fine, where I live is fine, we just had power knocked out for over a week. It should have been restored a lot sooner but what can you really do but complain and start mentally losing it? :)

While I still don't feel comfortable doing story commissions, I'm wondering if I should do small commissions (like $5-ish) where I write out a caption based on an image provided to me. Like there will probably be limits, like the image can't be a random person, but I guess I'm just throwing this out there to gauge interest?
