It seemed like the sort of thing that someone would make up to write in to one of those old porno mag "I can't believe it happened to me" pages. He'd been invited to a party, everyone got a little drunk, and the host decided she wasn't comfortable with people driving home. So she let everyone stay over. And he'd been assigned a tiny guest bedroom that he had to share with a set of gorgeous triplets. The last thing they'd said before they all piled into the same bed together was 'just to warn you, we can't keep our mouths to ourselves.'

A few hours later, he awoke to a rather pleasant sensation. He blinked his eyes open in the dim light. He was on his back. A pair of the triplets were hugging him from either side, though one of...

The end is in sight for my bad Day Job time. I just need to focus and I'll be done in a few days. Which is why maybe it's not the best thing in the world that I'm writing this at 1 am, but whatever. I picked this story from the bunch of vignettes I suggested a couple days ago.

Start 12:58 am

Lena checked her address again. It seemed like an awfully strange place for an internship on "human relations" (she assumed it was supposed to say human resources), but the address seemed right. She marched down the rough stone walkway to the yawning mouth of a cave embedded into the shallow slope of a mountain just outside town.

"Hello?" Lena called.

"Oh! Come in come in!" came a booming, enthusiastic voice. ...

Can't sleep.

Start 12:51 am.

He'd been having a heck of a time finding someone to replace his receptionist. She'd been hired out from under him by one of his rivals. She hadn't even given him the chance to match his offer. And now he understood why his rival had paid so much. The labor pool was awfully thin in terms of worthwhile hires.

"Next," he said.

The door opened and, a moment later, she was standing in front of the desk. Normally there would have been the whole "walking up to the desk" part, but she'd somehow managed to replace that with what sounded like a gunshot and a puff of smoke. That would have been enough to make her noteworthy, but it quickly faded into a distant second behind her...

Need's the fluff Posted 4 years ago
Been really needing some cozy stuff. Let's see if I can squeeze one more little bit out.

Start 1:05 am

He stood in the shower, letting the hot water rain down over him. It seemed like the shower was the last thing he had left in is bag of tricks that could get him to unwind enough to sleep. Evidently he was a little too tightly wound even for that. He was so lost in his own thoughts he hadn't even heard the door open. It wasn't until the shower curtain brushed aside that he realized he wasn't alone in the bathroom anymore. At first he was startled. Through the hazy steam, he recognized his roommate, a woman a year or two older than him who normally didn't have much of an overlap with him, schedule-wise. In retrospect, seeing that it was her...

More fragments/weird prompts Posted 4 years ago
Little ideas I found on my phone again. I only remember jotting down about a third of these. If anyone wants to see full stories, let me know, I guess. Note the recurring themes here.

Alien intern

A girl arrives for a job interview as an "intern for interplanetary relations." It turns out, there are all sorts of alien creatures who either groom or pleasure themselves with objects about the size and shape of human beings. The internship involves simply walking through a room full of aliens. Most are squishy and slick. Eventually one of them will wrap a tentacle around the nearest person and either use them to massage their body or slurp them into a hole for a few minutes.

Day Off From The Bad Times Posted 4 years ago
Got a full day off today. First in a while. Celebrated by ordering a meatlover's stuffed crust pizza and ate the whole thing. My body is no longer willing to cope with that sort of treatment, as I am presently discovering with the help of my good friend Tums.

How about a story, hmm?

Start 12:25 am

He sat in the couch beside her. He was only ever really relaxed and at ease when she was around. When he was with too many others, social anxiety kicked in. When he was alone, all of those dark thoughts and pointless flashbacks to meaningless mistakes would crowd his head. But when she was there it was just... nice. They'd been friends forever. Since grammar school at least. In those days they would hang out, play games. They'd each been...

Day whatever of the bad times: I want fluff. Posted 4 years ago
Get ready for some sleepy fluffy stream of consciousness.

Start 12:11 am

The TV was on, but she didn't even know what was playing. Some streaming app or another, muted. She was basically just staring at the corner, brains full of static. She should have been asleep hours ago. The light from the TV was the only light.

She heard a sound from the back of the room. She turned to find her roommate pacing into the room with a blanket. She flopped down on the couch, nearly jostling her right off. Her roomie was a big girl. Big in every meaning of the word. She was tall, close to seven foot. She was heavy, plump and curvy with an adorable pudge. And her heart was big, too. She was usually the only one who noticed when, well, a night like...

Made some progress on some longer stuff that I owe today. Did a ton of server maintenance.

I have no idea whatsoever what to write right now. But I still haven't nailed the perfect balance of caffiene to conk out when bedtime rolls around, so let's shake the head and see what falls out until I actually get sleepy.

Start 12:13 am

She grumbled and checked her watch. It had been two hours. She turned to the guy sharing the waiting room with her.

"You get your car fixed at this place often?" she asked.

"Oh, sure. They're the best in town."

"Does it always take this long?"

"They're through."

She huffed. "Well, I'm not waiting...

Day 2 of the Bad Times: Workin 9 to 9 Posted 4 years ago
Looks like my "default" day will be 9am to 9pm. Longer if I don't stay focused, shorter if... something inexplicable happens in my favor. It's all computer stuff, nothing that's going to grind up anything but my mind and soul. My life will be an endless sequence of progress bars until the task is done.

I posted something I wrote when I couldn't sleep last night, a fairly cringy but nonetheless official "persona" pair. They're only superficially like me, but something superficially like me is the closest thing to ME that I'm willing to see other people interact with in art and text.

In the reference I say I didn't have time to write a story, but wouldn't you know it, it's nearly midnight and I'm downright wired from the poorly timed caffeine...

Day 1 of the bad times Posted 4 years ago
Yep. These are some long days ahead. But something nice happened that I want to share. That weird Kraken story I did? It ended up catching the eye of Valsalia, the creator of The Out Of Placers and inventor of Yinglets. He sent me a very nice note letting me know he dug my storytelling even though he's not into vore. It was a nice pat on the head.
