Titan Tower stands as a beacon Blüdhaven, the home of the powerful and venerated Teen Titans. Each of them a paragon in their own right, a prospective future member of the justice League. From time to time, these young heroes are called upon to aid the League even, though more often than not, they fond themselves relegated to the often reviled monitor duty.
