Maybe have York and Luffy having lunch together on her little food pad bed there's just a pile of food that they're both munching on have Luffy get full and go to sleep have York continue eating the food pile and because of the size difference of Luffy being about the size of a corn dog to her in her eagerness for food she accidentally grabs Luffy and swallows him without noticing when she goes to sleep she digests him and the next day when she turns to sleep on her side we notice her now big her butt with Luffy's tattooification face on it

Not sure if you have got advice on it yet, but from what I've heard you have to ask Eka for one (in a PM), with evidence of at least one Vore-related submission you want to make, in order to get a gallery.
