Hey folks,
Now that I'm feeling in a slightly more sound state-of-mind. I thought I'd just create a quick post to explain what happened to me last week.
Put simply, I dug up trauma from my past I didn't know I had. It started on.. the 8th - 10th March when something upset me a lot but I just put it down to my already unsound mental state. So I gave it a few days to allow myself to mend before trying it again (because a part from the thing that upset me, I did quite enjoy the rest of it. I won't go into details) but it happened again. I had a therapy session afterwards to vent a bit and I tried to focus in on specific things.
