What I look for is character. I need the context of the people involved, otherwise it's not interesting to me.
I really look forward to material and ideas that are interesting or clever or funny or combinations of those. Please tell me about your character and I will tell you if I can use such a person in an idea. Make sense?

Go look through the forums, post there. If you really want something done, maybe you should think of getting into a trade or maybe saving some money for a commission? Those are your other options if you don't want to keep looking for requests.

I offered help to people trying to improve their artistic skills, not people lacking artwork. I lack artwork from others as well and I don't really seek help to fix it. I just draw it myself or offer up something in return for an artists troubles in doing something for me.
There are others out there that will draw something for you, go have a look in the forums.
