Febe is a very friendly and prone to teasing wolf (?) girl, but when she takes a liking to someone, she can easily switch gears to a very confident and convincing pred, young cubs like the one here tend to be easily seduced.
Her personality is genuine but the nature of her being is something that seens way too unnatural to be an actual wolf girl. Whatever it is, only those Febe chooses as her partners get to know.

I assume she has hammerspace in there, or some sort of gateway to another dimension.
