You know, it would be an interesting mechanic. Have a party of cuties and the boss will have a chance to snatch one of them. If the party can't get them out fast enough the boss will then shit them out to be an enemy. (Golem or maybe a turd snake, or pile of shit slime) that they need to fight. Bonus points if you can still see articles of clothing of who their friend use to be imbedded inside the turd.
