In the entire "Be Our Guest" sequence in which the castle staff put on this massive feast for Belle, the only thing she actually eats is a finger swipe of "the Grey Stuff" which is a pudding of some kind. She doesn't even sample *any* of the other food presented her. A guest that doesn't appreciate the menu becomes part of it.

I love the classic disney movie, but I love this one. There should be a song that goes like this, "be our dish, be our dish!" She look so tasty.

This makes me think of an alternate version of the story where, instead of falling in love and becoming human, he starts to enjoy being a beast and makes humans his regular meal, starting with Bell. He lives happily ever after.
