Part of what I love about these sequences is that, despite the lengthy time skips, the newly minted mothers don’t age that much? Perhaps an element of unbirth is that aging halts for these women, so they can grow into good mothers? Sure, the art style plays into this idea, but think of the promise it has! What if women could extend their lives indefinitely by unbirthing someone every 10-20 years? They’d only improve as mothers with the overall experience!
