A commission for Schneeba

The inside of the ship was like some kind of assembly line. Conveyors led the captured women through the facility like cattle. Alex tried to step off the conveyor, now that they were not being guarded any more, but the chain’s slack wasn’t enough, and she was quickly forced back onto the track.

The trip was like some kind of ultra macabre ride at Disneyworld . There were some kind of reinforced plexiglass windows that showed machinery designed to convert women into some kind of glowing blue biofuel. One second a woman would be dunked into a canister of inert blue goo, and before she could drown, there was a crackling of electricity and she’d be reduced to crumbling bones, and the liquid glowed with newly acquired energy. Megan had seen those blue cannisters powering the AA guns outside. Was that the reason they were here? To reduce the population into organic batteries?

In front of them, another window revealed a room full of hanging girls just being burned to bones and ashes by a powerful heatray, one after the other. She watched on in impotent horror as a helpless pregnant woman was automatically pushed to the front of the line. The beam lanced her fat, child bearing belly, turning it into a raging inferno that consumed the woman entirely. Her dead bones clattered lifelessly into the nearly full bonepit.

Megan found herself regretting her choices…. Maybe it would have been better to have risked fighting after all, no matter how hopeless it had seemed, at least she’d have had a chance… she felt a creeping depression gnawing at her bones. Now it truly was hopeless.

The conveyer brought the girls round the bend, and they came face to face with their destination. An enormous glass cube, suspended a foot from the ceiling and floor by tiny metal connectors. It was filled to the brim with naked girls, all banging to be let out as some kind of noxious green gas was pumped inside from menacing looking metal canisters.
