Just Dues - Internal By Spider8Fiend -- Report

As the second-in-command of the GAC, One Eye has certain expectations she must live up to. Not only must she run this interstellar organization like an efficient machine, despite leading a bunch of rowdy mercenaries who'd rather smash faces than sit through peace talks, but she must ensure the GAC follows certain conventions. Not rules per say, because as mercenaries, the GAC exists in the legal gray area between militaries and space pirates, but rather laws. The Rules of War. The GAC and its members mustn't break these laws, else any interstellar empire, confederation, or republic would have free rein to raid, abuse, or annihilate the organization as a whole.

For example, once properly paid, the GAC will fight alongside or on the behalf of a kingdom. Perhaps the ruling nobility grew too corrupt or a famine drove the civilians into a revolt? The reasons don't matter, the point is that the GAC can utilize certain tactics on their opponents. Fists, melee weapons, laser rifles, tanks, air strikes. Depending on the scale of the opposition, the GAC can escalate the weapons of war. The GAC can't, however, perform nor tolerate torture on combatants. They can rain hot plasma upon enemies from orbit, but not target civilian domiciles. They can't exterminate the native inhabitants of a planet, unless said inhabitants have proven themselves to be non-sentient or committed genocide themselves.

So on and so forth. Especially since the latter would make the GAC little better than the hostile terraformers Gemkind acted as before Era 3.

So, whenever the GAC breaks the Rules of War, they must pay some penalty or else suffer full retribution from everyone and their mother itching to crush the pesky mercenaries. This includes fines, reparations, or more to the opposition. Depending on the severity of their actions, the GAC's leadership will pay a price too. After tricky negotiations, the Gem Republic persuaded other planets across the galaxy to let them bear the responsibility for their own kind and will arrest NCP, One Eye, and others.

In a roundabout way, that explains this scene here. After the GAC reduced the rainforests across Ganolok III to smoldering ash, the Gem Republic sent a Topaz Fusion to arrest NCP. However, the clever Peridot found a legal loophole and squeezed out of it. Instead, One Eye bore the brunt of the responsibility, and soon the red Pearl found herself carted across Homeworld. Trapped within the bowels of a powerful Fusion, One Eye couldn't do much but squirm, her shame put on full display.

Was the humiliation part of her punishment? Perhaps. It certainly made One Eye want nothing more than to reach the courthouse already. After a few centuries, she'd be set free. That was nothing compared to this burning shame in her gut. Or the fiery heat scorching her loins, sandwiched between embarrassment and arousal.

Topaz may be too professional to lengthen a prisoner’s stay in her stomach, but the road WILL get rather bumpy if you get on her nerves. She could get rather clumsy too, falling flat on her face… or should I say, stomach?

Not so smart now, when you’ve got 800 pounds of beefcake muscle crushing you, eh?
