I like C, but I also think it's fun when it's specific to a pred/prey. Like a pred keeps eating prey in order to get bigger boobs, but it ALWAYS goes to their hips.

Though generally a little of each is best. curvier all around is sexier, and a bit of belly paunch on top of that adds realism (unless a pred character is a succubus or somehow undergoing age change as part of the digestion process some has to go to the belly or it seems unnatural).
