Lily is stronger than she looks, which helps, but mainly she's a lot tougher than a little otter should be. And she's really stretchy. Catching someone like this bunny by surprise she'll partially swallow them, then just hold on until they weaken from lack of air.
Once he collapses to the floor she'll laboriously stuff the last bits in, swallow, and crawl off to a quiet place to digest her meal. The rabbit's fur, claws, and maybe his shorts will survive her stomach acids and later be coughed up as a slimy mass. Sadly, the rest of him will not fare as well.
