Here, Charlotte is being devoured by a Charos, a hulking creature that sports an array of features from animals we're familiar with.
Charos, one of the apex predators of Ettyn, is a voracious creature that almost never stops eating. It sleeps, it hunts, it eats...and that is its life. As there are so few, they are solitary creatures and have no interest in being befriended. Their appetite keeps the other predator populations in Ettyn in check.

With every mention of Ettyn, I wonder if you're building an entire universe, a univorse if you will, of creatures full of critters and monsters you created. I'd love to see it fully realized, if ever possible.

That's where it's headed! I'm unsure of what capacity it'll be realized, but I'm certainly leaning into it because it's been fun and people have enjoyed it thus far. Glad you want to see more!

I love world building that involves critters both vorish and otherwise. Got yourself a world map yet or workin' on critters first? Ever use the rice trick? Get yourself some paper, dump some rice on it at random and trace around the rice where it landed, then fill in as you go.

I do not have a world map yet, but I'd like to make one in the future! Not even sure what it'd look like, so that rice trick sounds neat. For now, yeah, it's just characters, critters, and starting off with some loose story to get everybody involved.

Any rice that falls separate of the main big piles are traced as islands which gives you water. If there's large spaces between bunches of rice that make up major islands, you get lakes. The big bunches of rice indicate where mountains would go. Forests and deserts are up to your discretion.

Charlotte, consider, if you are not food, why do you have such a nice, meaty, easily digestible ass?
