If the minimum bid is $25 does that mean I can start round there? (Sorry if it sounds dumb this my first time doing an auction.)

SB is the starting bid; in this case, $300. The $25 is meant to be the minimum bid increment i.e. the minimum amount the bid can be raised by - e.g. if the bid is currently $300, the next bid must be at least $325.
Also, AB is autobuy, which is the amount someone can bid to automatically win the auction, no further bidding allowed.

That is correct. Thanks for the help with the explanation!
