Yes, I know what it is, it explodes from one day to the next, it's something common, I already saw that they can be made small and return to their original size, that's enough for many things~
although if they try to get big again and are in a tight place they just get hit and can't grow

so they can't get into someone's anus and grow suddenly like in "TheBoys"
