Too much movement causes the stomach walls to clamp down on you, pinning you in place, but not moving at all leaves your head under the acids as your breath runs out. Getting into a position where you can draw breath again will be a tricky balancing act between the two... but, ultimately, it doesn't matter much whether you succeed or fail. Even if you do right yourself once more, you will still be inside someone's digestive tract. The ability to breathe once more might buy you a little more time, maybe even another hour or so of life if you are lucky, but the stomach surrounding you won't hold back just because you haven't passed out yet. The remaining space will continue to fill with acids until the last air pocket disappears and, by morning, all that will remain is a mouse flavored soup. Well, that and any indigestible pieces of jewelry you may have been wearing, but those can be coughed up easily enough. The rest of you, however, still has a long journey through someone’s intestines ahead of you.
I drew this a long time ago, partially as lighting test and partly to practice cramped positions inside a stomach. I then used it as an initial test post when setting up my Patreon account for Pacha’s Quest, but as my Patreon got shut down now, it’s getting uploaded here.

Oh, absolutely lovely work on this.

Thanks. I feel like I’ve still got quite a way to go when it comes to internals though. Might have to practice this a little more.

You know, you say that, but I honestly was thinking about how far you've come! Just in general. There's always room for improvement, but your art really has just improved all around.
