Being turned into a mouse and eaten alive is probably a too big punishment for repeated picking on other students, but well, Maisy's methods always worked to keep the peace on the school, and no one (but the victims) complains!

absolutely, she's crystal clear. They probably saw the whole scene.
It's just another day for her :> from time to time some new city-moved students come by thinking they can treat everyone like shit, and after a warning, she gives them no room for regrets.
