"Ahhhh" sighed the cat.

"AHHHH!!" screamed the dog.

Rita settled herself in a nice crux at the base of a grey bricked building, free from the rain and other prying eyes that may see her fattened mound of a belly as a prize. How shocked they would be to bite into it and finding a big squirming dog hidden within its folds...

Runt for his part was not so happy. Squirming in the tight confines of the pink organ he was now entirely contained within. Pushing out, breathing heavy, hoping desperately that something would give. He couldn't be digested by a...by a cat!!

She hadn’t been a dog at all, she’d lied to him and now had eaten him whole and alive.

"R-RITTAAA! You, you actually ate meeee!!"

Rita rolled her eyes and rolled herself forwards until she was speaking to the dog, face to bulging imprint of a face.

"Obviously, that’s what cats do to other creatures. We’re fickle things you know, It's what you get for trusting me."

Still...Rita did feel a little squeamish and unsure now that the pleasure of eating Runt had worn off. It was the only way to get him to stop chasing after her and now that it was done she was contending with the fact that she really was about to snuff out the dog for good. He’d only ever been nothing but kind to her and, while a dumb one, he really was a sweet dog. Perhaps she should try to burp him back up...

Her belly began to shudder, odd high pitched noises murmuring out of it, and Rita realised the dog was *crying*.

She felt a sudden tingle travel through her spine and licked her dry lips, tasting Runt again on them. Her eyes sliding into slits as they focused on her full tummy.

"H-hey..." she tapped the the dog's head in the midst of the mosaic of bulges "stop that. It’s pathetic."

Runt actually growled, the first time Rita had ever heard this, sending a vibration through the belly that made her eyes twitch.

She licked her lips again, reaching her paws around the bulging dog body and caressing it, rocking it back and forth like a newborn kit. The gurgling increasing in intensity, in eagerness.

"I bet it’d be a really nasty thing to do huh? You know, if I kept you in there?"

"Yeah, it’d be really naughty Rita!! No one would ever forgive you, other dogs would want to scratch and tear you and, and..."

"Mhmmm, and I bet they'd be real sad as well huh?"

Rita belly went silent, the tingle in her spine returned and she rubbed at the bulge of Runt's forehead again.

A sniffle and then the response. "Y-yeah they'd be real sad you ate me. I have a lot of friends,....”

The sinking feeling that she was in over her head was gone now and Rita was clutching at her belly, leaning into the gurgling, squelching organ as it rolled over Rita. The dog feeling suddenly hot, humid and his body beginning to sting terribly.

"So much to lose..." Rita mumured and her grin widened "such a sweet, handsome dog to be digested by a kitty. I guess I should just let you go...?"

She felt Runt stir and bark out something hopeful and pleading that didn't translate into words.

"I'd be a real naughty, mean kitty to keep you huh? To let you meeelt in me, knead at you, burp bits of you up as they fall off?"

She felt Runt sink a little, only squirming in the terrible pain of digestion as he awaited the decision on his fate.

"It would be so terrible, but it would feel so good...Sorry Runt."

Hier belly erupted into a fresh, renewed set of struggles and barks and mournful howls that only made his eater twitch and squirm.

"But sometimes its good to be a bad kitty!"
