Kimihito blinked in confusion as he looked at the card this 'Smith' lady handed him - it was supposed to be his license to be an officially registered 'Extraspecies Homestay', but it looked... off.
"Mechanical Species License... Uh, I thought I was going to be assigned like... I don't know, a Lamia or something?" The young man asked in befuddlement. Smith simply adjusted her glasses before forming a soft smile.
"Originally yes, but your background as a mechanic had my bosses, shall we say... fudge the truth a bit. So you'll be looking after a number of what we're deeming 'Cybertronians'. Also, the Lamia that was originally going to be assigned to you had a mild panic attack and ate her escorts so we're trying to deal with that before they're digested."
Kimihito resisted the urge to make a face at that, save for sighing quietly. Well, he could certainly work with this, but there was still one thing bothering him... "Do they also know I have a serious case of Pica?"
Smith's smile grew a bit wider. "Oh relax, you're acting like you're going to eat the poor thing the second she walks through your door. Have some confidence in yourself~."
Kimihito sighed once again before nodding slowly - she did have a point; giant robots were nowhere near the same thing as having a bad habit of swallowing wrenches. He could do this just fine!
And yet... why did he feel as though he was agreeing to a Monkey's Paw deal?

my headcanon is the Cybertronians get revived after digestion (fun-fact canonically they can pretty much get new bodies) plus like a happy ending ^-^

That's neat! I don't know a ton about transformers but I really like robots and stuff and they're really fun to draw! I really liked Grimlock when I was younger bc dinosaur of course flkhgfdg
